Returns and Exchanges Policy

At SimpleClub, we want to make sure you have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got a straightforward returns and exchanges policy to keep things fair and simple.

1. When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product (wrong model, color, or size).
  • You're not satisfied with the product, as long as it’s in perfect, unused condition.

2. How Long Do You Have to Request a Return or Exchange?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return or exchange. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.

3. 90-Day Warranty

All our products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product has a quality or manufacturing issue within this time frame, reach out to us for assistance.

4. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Show no signs of use, washing, or alterations.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Send an email to info@gosimpleclub.com with the following details:

    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return or exchange
    • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
  • For returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction or personal choice, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

7. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.

8. Exceptions

  • Sale items or clearance products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
